1. What kind of artwork do you offer?

We design all the artwork under the design categories on our website. In addition, if you need a different type of artwork, please let us know through the contact page.

2. Are your designs suitable for all types of print media?

Yes, our designs are optimized for print media, but if you have specific printing needs, please let us know during the customization process.

3. What file formats are available for artwork?

Basically, we provide PNG/JPEG files and print-ready PDF files. However, for advanced editing, file formats such as AI, PSD, EPS, SVG, or TIF can be provided upon request. (Additional fees may apply.)

4. Can I customize a pre-designed template?

Yes, you can customize colors, text, images, and other elements of any selected template to fit your needs.

5. How do I place an order for a "Custom Design Request"?

Simply click the “Custom Design Request” button. After selecting the design category you want, fill it out and send it to us. Our design team will review it and provide you with a quote. You can create your own design accordingly.

6. Are revisions included in artwork template customization?

We offer 3 revisions for artwork template customization. Additional revisions may incur a fee.

7. Can I customize the designs?

Of course, yes, if you have a good understanding of software such as Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop, you can make changes to the design you have chosen yourself. Otherwise, you can contact us for customization.

8. How do I place an order for a "Pre-designed template"?

Browse our collection, select your desired template, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive the digital file after purchase.

9. What is the process for submitting the "Customize selected artwork" option?

Browse our collection, select your desired template, and after that select option 2 add to the cart, and proceed to checkout. A form will then appear to describe how you want to customize. After filling it out and submitting it, our design team will customize your design and send you the digital file within 24 hours.

10. What is the process for submitting the "Customize artwork and transfer to a new template" option?

Browse our collection, select your desired template, then select option 3 on the product page, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. A form will then appear to describe how you want to customize and switch to a new template. Once it is filled out and submitted, our design team will begin working on your new template. It may take 3-5 days to complete.

11. How to download digital files after purchase?

When purchasing any of our artwork will receive a download link of a print-ready PDF file to the email address and WhatsApp number you provided.

12. How long will it take to receive my digital files?

Option 1 – For pre-designed templates: Instant download after purchase.
Option 2 – For customized templates: [1-3 business days].
Option 3 – For customize artwork and transfer to a new template: [3-5 business days]

For Fully “Custom Design Request”: [5-7 business days]
(Time frames may vary).

13. Are there any restrictions on how I can use the digital files?

Our designs are licensed for personal and commercial use, but may not be reproduced in their original or modified forms without permission. Not for resale or redistribution.

14. Are there download limits for digital files?

The download link is usually valid for 3 days only. Therefore, you can save the printable file to a safe place on your computer after downloading it.

15. What if I need help with the file after purchase?

Our artwork is designed to standard sizes. However, if there is any problem with the scale during printing, you can solve the problem by providing us with the template provided by the printing company.

16. Will the design I purchase, be exclusive to me?

Pre-designed templates are not exclusive. Others may purchase. Custom design requests will be only limited to you. (Additional fees may apply).

17. What should I do if I have problems downloading my files?

Email us with your order details Or contact us immediately via chat feature. We will resend the files or provide alternative download options.

18. What if I need help using or editing the file after purchase?

Contact us for support Reach out. We can guide you through basic file adjustments or recommend tools for editing.

19. Can I request additional revisions after purchase?

Yes, additional revisions can be made for an extra fee based on the complexity of the changes.

20. Do you offer refunds for Pre-designed templates or Custom designs orders?

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available. However, if there is an issue with the file or design, we will work with you to resolve it.

21. My design was rejected by the printer. why? what can I do?

This usually happens when you have not provided us with the template that the printer recommends. Therefore, whenever possible, ask the printer if they have a template that they recommend.
