Digital Products Refund Policy:
We prioritize the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our priority. However, our products are digital files delivered via Internet download, so we generally do not offer refunds.
However, we are happy to honor your request for a refund under the following conditions:
Product not provided:
If you do not receive the delivery email from us due to postal issues, the website name may request proof of your record of the missing item with the postal service.
Product download problem:
If you experience difficulties downloading the product, Website Name recommends contacting your browser provider’s support team. Ensure the site name is compatible with all major browsers, and problems of this nature usually come from browsers, firewalls, or network settings.
As the product is not described:
Refund requests based on this reason will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to change
Our recommendation. To avoid such claims, we encourage all customers to review our free samples such as video overviews, demo links, product samples, and screenshots for each product type before making a purchase.
Software errors:
Despite rigorous testing before release, unexpected bugs can occasionally occur. If you encounter this type of problem, please submit it to our support team for their assessment of your refund request.
In case the printer rejects the file we created:
All our products are artworks created for print media. So we always provide the file format you request. Sometimes due to errors in downloading them, the file may be rejected by the printer.. In that case, you can request a new file format from us. Unfortunately, if the source file of your artwork cannot be opened in our relevant software or If the hard drive we stored your file on is down when we get the second copy, we will decide to refund your money.
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of downloading your final product files.
