Delivery Policy for Digital Products:

All products available for purchase on artworksmarketplace.com are digital products and distributed via digital downloads only. No physical products are shipped for digital products.

All we do is design or edit the artwork according to your needs and provide the digital files required for printing.

Once payment is confirmed, your file(s) are available for download. You will get a chance to download it as soon as checkout is completed and payment is received. The download link(s) for the purchased item(s) will also be emailed to the customer’s email address used during the checkout process. Please note that all digital downloads are tracked by download location (via IP address) and time of download to prevent artwork files from committing fraud.

The download link(s) will expire after 15 days from the date of purchase or after 2 attempts, whichever event happens first.

Once you have downloaded the purchased file, you are responsible for saving the file. So we recommend making a backup copy of the original download and separate backup copies as needed when making any changes to your artwork file.

Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions or internet service issues.

Delivery delays may occur if you are late in providing the “Design requirements” and must be allowed additional time for it.
